Step 1

Log into your Admissions Dashboard account. Use that to:

  • Review your decision letter.
  • Pay your deposit within 30 days to secure your spot in the incoming class.
  • See your personalized list of tasks to complete.
  • Monitor your progress completing the tasks.

Step 2

Activate your MyNaz credentials: Within 48 hours after paying your deposit, look for an email from Nazareth's Information Technology Services with the subject "Your NEW Nazareth MyNaz Account Activation."

Use that unique activation link to activate your MyNaz account — which you'll need for access to NazNet Self-Service, Handshake (jobs on and off campus), and tools you'll use once classes start.

Summer Course Information

In early April, you should receive an email from the PT Department, outlining the registration information you will need to register for your summer courses, along with a book list.

Summer Orientation

There will be a summer orientation in mid-May, held mid-morning. Details will come from the department in April.

Public Health

Social Work
  • Incoming students (who have submitted their enrollment deposit or had their deposit waived) who are cleared to register will be contacted by the MSW program director (listed on the MSW program webpage) about advisement and registration.
  • You will be invited to a new student orientation event before courses begin.
Speech Language Pathology

Health Forms (required before starting classes)

Required by New York state to start classes: Use the Naz Student Health Portal to submit health and immunization records, meaning all of these: a copy of your immunization record, meningitis vaccine proof (or sign the meningitis waiver if you haven't received the vaccine within the last 5 years), and enter your health history information, including immunization dates.
