Request Group Tickets to a School Performance

  1. Submit one order form for each show you plan to attend. Please include any special needs or requests and mode of transportation to the Arts Center with each form that you submit.
  2. Expect an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
  3. We will send an invoice within two business days, which is your confirmation that your reservation is made.
  4. While we do not require a deposit to reserve your tickets, we do however ask that you confirm your reservation one month prior to the event at which time your final headcount is due. No adjustments will be made after this time.
  5. Payment is due two weeks prior to the event. If a third party is funding/subsidizing your trip, advise us and we will note that your payment will be received at a later date.
  6. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made unless an event is canceled or postponed by Nazareth College Arts Center, or schools are closed or delayed by inclement weather or a travel ban. We regret that we cannot issue refunds for seats that go unused due to student absence or illness.
