The Box Office and Will-Call are open 90 minutes before each performance. Patrons are admitted into the theater/hall approximately 30 minutes before show time.

Free parking is available outside the Arts Center, located on South Campus Drive at Nazareth University. Enter from East Avenue at the stop light. The Arts Center parking lot (Lot A) will be on your right. Additional parking is available in Lot J. Please allow yourself extra time for parking.

Wheelchair locations and accessible seating are available in Callahan Theater and Beston Hall; please see the House Manager or an usher for assistance. An elevator is located near the Box Office in the Arts Center. Complimentary assisted listening devices are available for use in Callahan Theater or Beston Hall. Devices can be signed out at the Box Office upon your arrival, or requested from the ushers or House Manager before entering the theater.

ASL Interpretation by a qualified interpreter is available for performances upon request. We ask that patrons contact artscenter@naz.edu preferably at least two weeks before the event to request this service.

The Box Office is located in the lower level of the Arts Center at 4245 East Avenue.

During the academic year, the Box Office is open several afternoons per week.  Please check the Box Office webpage for up-to-date schedule.  

The following discounts are available for Nazareth Theatre and Dance productions presented at the Nazareth Arts Center. *For rental events or touring performances, discounts may vary.

Alumni - Alumni are entitled to a 20% discount. This discount can be applied to a maximum of six tickets per event.

Faculty/Staff - Faculty and Staff are entitled to a 50% discount. This discount can be applied to a maximum of six tickets per event.

Seniors - Seniors (age 60+) are entitled to a $2.00 discount off the regular ticket price.

In many cases, these discounts will apply automatically if you've purchased with this discount before. For first time discounts, please reach out to the Box Office Coordinator at 585-389-2068, or by email: boxoffice@naz.edu.

All sales are final; no refunds are given. Prior sales are excluded from any promotional discounts or offers. 

In the event that a show is cancelled, ticket(s) may be exchanged for another show of equal or lesser value. All sales are final; no refunds will be given.

A single $3 handling fee applies to all phone and online purchases per transaction.

If you lost your ticket, the Box Office will reprint the ticket onsite with proper identification. You can help avoid losing your ticket with our print-at-home option. If a purchase is made online, we encourage patrons to use the print-at-home ticket option or to "go green" and present the ticket(s) on their mobile phone at the theater.

Payment is required at time of the ticket request. Tickets may not be reserved for payment later.

All persons over the age of one (1) are required to have a ticket to enter the theater.

Nazareth Students, Faculty, and Staff receive complimentary or discounted tickets to many performances sold through the Box Office. Complete the form found on the webpage for that event.
