Know Your Rights

  • You have the right to make a report to Campus Safety, law enforcement, and/or state police, or chose not to report
  • You have the right to report the incident to the University and be protected against retaliation for reporting
  • You have the right to receive assistance and resources from the Civil Rights Compliance Office
