Jennifer Fay

Professor Fay received her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Science and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College.  She has practiced physical therapy in the Rochester area for over 20 years, in both clinical and supervisory roles.  Her areas of practice have included acute care, neurological rehabilitation and pediatrics.  Prior to joining the Nazareth faculty on a full-time basis, Professor Fay served as an adjunct faculty member since 2013.  She has been credentialed as a clinical instructor by the APTA.

In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Professor Fay serves as the director of Nazareth’s on-campus pro bono PT clinics, which serve our campus, as well as the greater Rochester community. She also serves as an advisor to the Physical Therapy Club.  Her research interests include balance and fall prevention, as well as student and client outcomes related to interprofessional collaboration. She also continues to practice physical therapy on a part-time basis, working with children and adults at Golisano Restorative Neurology and Rehabilitation Center.
