Jennifer Fay

Professor Fay received her bachelor of science in clinical science and master of science in physical therapy from Ithaca College. She has practiced physical therapy in the Rochester area for the past 20 years, in both clinical and supervisory roles. Her areas of practice have included acute care, inpatient neurological rehabilitation and pediatric settings. Prior to joining the Nazareth faculty full-time, Professor Fay served as an adjunct faculty member since 2013, working as a clinical instructor in both the on-campus clinic and in the Kids' Club program. She has been credentialed as a clinical instructor by the APTA.

In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Professor Fay serves as the director of Nazareth's on-campus pro bono PT clinics, which serve the campus and the greater Rochester community. Her research interests include balance and fall prevention, as well as student and client outcomes related to interdisciplinary collaboration. She also continues to practice physical therapy part-time, working with children and adults at Golisano Restorative Neurology and Rehabilitation Center in Greece, N.Y.
