Witches and magical gingerbread houses come to life in Engelbert Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel, presented by the Nazareth College Opera Workshop. Based on the classic fairy tale by the Grim brothers, the story follows siblings Hansel and Gretel as they find a life-size gingerbread house in the woods. However, nothing is what it seems as they soon discover in this opera performed in English. Free and open to the public!
