U.S. News & World Report has again ranked Nazareth College in the top tier of colleges and universities in the category of Best Regional Universities-North in its 2015 edition of U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges. Nazareth ranked 31st in the Best Regional Universities-North (guide ranks by region) which covers 11 states and the District of Columbia. Nazareth College also made the guide’s list for A+ Schools for B Students, where top quality institutions look for more than just grades on applications, and 2015 Best Colleges for Veterans where Nazareth is ranked 10th in the regional universities-North category.
The 2015 edition of the U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges book is available online September 9.
U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges represents the most comprehensive look at how more than 1,400 accredited four-year schools compare on a set of 15 widely accepted indicators of excellence. Among the many factors weighed in determining the rankings, the key measures of quality are: peer assessment, graduation and retention rates, faculty resources, student selectivity, financial resources, alumni giving, and graduation rate performance (National Universities and Liberal Art Colleges).
