Nazareth Trustee Fournier Named 2018 Business Person of the Year

Published October 25, 2018

The Small Business Council of Rochester has named Nazareth College Trustee Timothy Fournier, vice chair of the board of trustees, as its 2018 Business Person of the Year. Fournier, chairman and CEO of Conifer Realty LLC, was recognized in category of businesses with 50 or more employees.

The Small Business Council Business Person of the Year Award is one of the highest honors given to a business leader in the Rochester Region. For many past winners, this recognition has vaulted their companies to new levels of success, delivering increased local market awareness, and further establishing them as leaders in their field.

Fournier received the award during the annual celebration luncheon, one of the region’s largest business networking events, to recognize exceptional business leaders who have demonstrated significant contributions to their companies in the areas of growth, leadership, achievement and community service.

The SBC Business Person of the Year Award was presented in two categories: leaders of businesses with fewer than 50 employees and leaders of businesses with 50 or more employees.
