Abe Foxman Speaks at Nazareth College, March 30

Nazareth College's Konar Center for Tolerance and Jewish Studies, in partnership with the Jewish Federation of Greater Rochester, presents Abraham H. Foxman, a world-renowned leader in the fight against anti-Semitism, bigotry, and discrimination. Foxman will speak at Nazareth on March 30, at 7 p.m. in the Nazareth College Arts Center's Callahan Theater.

Research Discovery: Switchgrass Sustainably Removes BPA From Environment

New research from Nazareth College students and faculty just published in a top-tier international journal, Scientific Reports (part of the prestigious Nature Research journals), is the first to show that a plant called switchgrass (native to most of the U.S. and Canada) can significantly help remove BPA from the environment.

Interfaith Letter Opposes Anti-Semitism

More than 60 members of Rochester’s interfaith community are standing together against anti-Semitism.

Nazareth College’s interfaith leaders co-drafted the letter and asked members of a variety of religions around Rochester to show their support with a signature. It acts as a call to action after ongoing anti-Semitic violence in New York City and other areas in the U.S.

Nazareth College Theatre and Dance Department presents "Polaroid Stories"

The Nazareth College Theatre and Dance Department is proud to present Polaroid Stories by Naomi lizuka. Combining Greek mythology with the real life stories of teenage runaways, Polaroid Stories will play in Studio A48 on Thursday, February 13 and Friday, February 14 at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, February 15 and Sunday, February 16 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
