Money Magazine is out with its 2023 America’s Best Colleges list and a brand new ratings system — and Nazareth is on the list with a strong rank of 3.5 stars.
Money has moved from ranking the nation’s top colleges to now using a five-star rating system that sets Money’s list apart from other college lists. Money says “the new system recognizes that there are multiple ways for a school to provide value, and multiple ‘best’ colleges, depending on your goals and priorities.”
Nazareth does well in the ranking of 736 schools as Money considers 26 data points, including graduation rates, cost of attendance, and alumni salaries, to help students find a campus right for them with a good return on investment.
“Money Magazine’s new ratings system is important because it shows families that students don’t have to go to a top 10 school to be successful,” said Danielle Bucci, vice president for strategic enrollment, marketing and communications. “The perfect school for one student isn’t always the best choice for all — and this new ranking system proves that there are many universities and colleges where tuition dollars will pay off and a student can be successful."
