The Princeton Review has named Nazareth University a green college in its 2024 edition of its annual Guide to Green Colleges for fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.
Students, faculty, and staff at Nazareth University take action to address sustainability through academic degrees in the field; student clubs; campus programs that share bikes, skis, and snowshoes; recycling; sourcing local food; composting; reducing energy use; converting cooking oil to biodiesel for campus equipment; operating a green facilities fleet; and more.
