Nazareth receives Visit Rochester Engagement Award

Published January 16, 2025

Visit Rochester awarded Nazareth University its Engagement Award during its December meeting at Woodcliff Hotel and Spa. Nazareth Director of Operations Brian McGahan accepted the award.

“At Nazareth, we pride ourselves on providing world-class facilities and a welcoming environment for event organizers and attendees,” said McGahan. “These collaborations not only highlight the capabilities of our campus but also strengthen our ties with the greater Rochester community. We look forward to continuing this partnership and creating memorable experiences for all.”

Over the past year, Nazareth has seen an increase in the amount of outside events hosted on campus. In 2024, Nazareth hosted major USA Fencing and USA Gymnastics events. In March 2025, Nazareth will host the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships and will be a host facility for the 2025-2027 Special Olympics NY State Winter Games.
