Tim Sellers named associate vice president of institutional research and effectiveness

Nazareth University has named Tim Sellers, Ph.D., the associate vice president of institutional research & effectiveness. He’s held a leadership role in the department on an interim basis since June. 

Sellers brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, along with an extensive compliance and accreditation background. Sellers served as vice president of continuing and online education and associate provost at Keuka College. He led institutional assessment there as associate vice president of academic programs. He spent a year at SUNY Geneseo in 2021-22 as an American Council on Education Fellow. A scientist by training, Sellers was a professor in biology and environmental science before moving into higher education administration.

Sellers earned his bachelor’s in environmental science at University of Colorado Boulder, his master’s in biology at University of Louisville, and his doctorate in environmental biology at the University of Louisville.
