Nazareth receives a Chamber of Commerce Excellence Award at 2026 Inclusive Leadership Awards
Nazareth earned an Excellence Award for Fair & Equitable Practices at the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce’s 2026 Inclusive Leadership Awards, part of the Chamber's work to recognize excellence in creating workplace cultures where employees feel acknowledged and valued.
The honor recognizes Nazareth’s standout performance in building "policies, systems, and opportunities that support fairness and access for all." Nazareth was among four of the 14 finalists to receive an Excellence Award for making meaningful, lasting changes in workplace cultures.
In its fifth year, the Chamber’s Inclusive Leadership Award went to First American Equipment Finance.
“These honorees are ensuring that economic opportunity and community vitality are available to all residents in our region inside their organizations and beyond,” said Bob Duffy, President & CEO, Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce.
