Distinctions: Studied abroad in France in spring 2016. Won a "Best of the Conference" award for the paper she presented at the annual regional Phi Alpha Theta history honor society conference in 2017.
Internship advice: “Be open to criticism. Be ready for new experiences, and be ready to be out of your comfort zone. It’s scary, but if you have a good internship, you’ll be fine. You’ll learn.”
After Nazareth: She was accepted at — and is thrilled to be attending — her top choice grad school: St. Andrews University in Scotland, beginning summer 2017, for a master's degree in museum and gallery studies.
Post-graduation update, 2020: Madore is the Assistant Curator of American Art at the Fenimore Art Museum. She started this position in January 2019 after receiving her Master of Letters (MLitt) in Museum and Gallery Studies from the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
