Already landed a job: In October 2015, while finishing his degree, was hired by Paychex as a security assessment engineer — an internal white hat hacker.
Summer internship: Information security at Zappos in Las Vegas, Nevada
Unusual intern experience: Worked in a ballpit and in a jungle-themed room at the online shoe and clothing company's headquarters. Zappos has a distinctive workplace culture and has been recognized as one of FORTUNE's 100 Best Companies to Work For® 6 years in a row since 2009.

Major: Information technology
Interests: Writing music; DJing; Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society for business majors
Distinctions: Certified by CompTIA Security+; worked part-time in the IT department at the Rochester Friendly Home.
