What to expect

  • The tutor may request that you share your document via email once a session begins
  • We can't guarantee the quality of exchanges.
  • If a scheduled session is interrupted or fails to start for any technical reason(s), email writingcenter@naz.edu and attach your document. See "Document Exchange Tutoring" on this page for details.

E-tutoring sessions include the exchange of a document via google. Full protocols are below.

  • Attach your paper as a Word document or shared google doc. The tutor might need to request permission to access.

Once we receive your request

  • You can expect a reply back in 2-3 business days (note: requests will not be worked on over the weekend).
  • We will not work on any assignments due the day after a request is received
  • Online requests are limited to a maximum of five pages
