Apply: Speech-Language Pathology

Complete your application online through the Communication & Speech Disorders centralized application (CSDCAS), which includes submitting:

  • Transcripts from all colleges attended
    • DO NOT send your transcript directly to Nazareth College - we are not able to upload transcripts into CSDCAS. They need to be sent directly to CSDCAS.
  • professional statement
  • two letters of recommendation
  • GRE scores (Nazareth College code: 4332)
  • Proof of teacher certification, if applicable

All materials must be submitted and verified by the application deadline in order to be considered for application review.

Qualified students will be contacted for an interview. In early-to mid-February, qualified applicants will be invited for an "Accepted Students Virtual Interview" where they can interact with faculty, current students, and learn about Nazareth's program.

CSDCAS Fee Assistance Program for qualifying students. 

Additionally, we have a limited number of CSDCAS application fee waivers available. To be considered for a fee waiver, complete the CSDCAS Application Fee Waiver Request form by December 1 for the February 1 application deadline.

Applications are accepted only for the fall term. Students apply through CSDCAS, the centralize application service for M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology applicants.
