Apply: Speech-Language Pathology

1. Complete your application online through the Communication & Speech Disorders centralized application (CSDCAS),  which includes submitting a professional statement, and two letters of recommendation as detailed below.

CSDCAS Fee Assistance Program for qualifying students. 

NOTE: Qualified students will be contacted for an interview. Interview day for qualified applicants will be Saturday, February 29, 2020.

2. Request official transcripts from each college you attended.


3. Complete additional requirements:

  • Official GRE scores
    • Nazareth College Code: 4332
  • If applicable, proof of teacher certification from the NYS Teach system (from anyone who is certified). This can be a screenshot that shows your certification has been issued or pending.

Application Deadlines

Fall Term

Feb. 1 for Fall 2020

Jan. 15 for Fall 2021

Applications are accepted only for the fall term. Students apply through CSDCAS, the centralize application service for M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology applicants.
