Parking Guidelines

Apply online for a parking permit »

  • Refer to the Parking quick reference guide
  • All students, faculty and staff are required to obtain a parking permit that must be displayed at all times when parking on campus. Students must register/renew at the start of each semester and faculty and staff must register/renew annually.
  • Open (non-restricted) parking is on a first come, first served basis; and, possession of a parking permit does not necessarily guarantee a parking space on campus.
  • Vehicles not registered with Campus Safety, not parked in an appropriate space or lot, or not displaying a valid parking permit will be ticketed and will be subject to loss of parking privileges.
  • When inviting guests/visitors to the campus they must be directed to F lot and visitor designated spaces in A lot.  To avoid receiving a citation, visitors/guests must procure a visitor parking pass.
  • Parking policies remain in effect at all times. Park only in designated spaces and lots; and in accordance with your permit assignment.  Blocking or parking in fire lanes, roadways, grass, walkways, sidewalks and loading docks is strictly prohibited.
  • Throughout the course of construction we will work closely with contractors; and will rely on the campus community to read and adhere to communications related to lot closures or other redirection as it becomes necessary for safety and special event management.  We are also developing temporary parking alternatives that will alleviate crowding.
  • Reserved parking areas are enforced Monday - Friday from 6 a.m.-3:30 p.m. year-round, except where designated.
  • Traffic and parking rules and regulations are in effect at all times and apply to all members of the Nazareth College community, including guests/visitors who park and drive on campus.  Regulations apply to all campus roadways, sidewalks, walkways, loading/unloading zones, restricted areas, and parking lots, spaces and areas.
  • Nazareth College is not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or vehicle contents.
