This office supports the college community's mailing and supplies requisitioning with efficient, courteous, and reliable service.

Limited access: Only students living on campus and employees designated essential personnel can visit Central Mail to pick up items.

First class mail (letters) for students

Does the college have your current address? Central Mail Services is forwarding first-class mail to your home address that's on file (shown in your "User Profile" section in NazNet); if your address isn't current, fill out the Naz change of address form. (If you have questions about updating your address, email registrar@naz.edu.)

Standard mail, non-profit mail, and catalogs cannot be forwarded and will be discarded.

Packages for students

Keep businesses updated on your address: Central Mail encourages students to update your address with any entity with whom you do business — which you can typically do online. The U.S. Postal Service does not let people who receive mail on a college campus (or hospital, place of business, etc.) file a change-of-address form — since the college itself hasn’t moved. 

What we can do with your package: If items arrive for you (from any delivery system), the U.S. postal system is the only method that Nazareth's Central Mail can use to send it to you. 

  • Check your email to see HOW your package was shipped.
  • If your package arrived via the U.S. Postal System, we will forward it to your home address (from NazNet) at no charge.
  • If your package arrived from UPS, FedEx, Lasership, Amazon, or another delivery system, use the Click-N-Ship steps below.

If you want to pay for postage and have the package mailed on to you, use Click-N-Ship:

  • At www.usps.com, select “Click-N-Ship.”
  • Create an account if you don’t have one.
  • Follow the prompts to create a label. We will provide you with the package weight and, if any measurement is over 12 inches, the package dimensions.
  • Pay postage via credit card, Visa checkout or Paypal.
  • Email the label to centralmailservices@naz.edu — either by saving the label as a document (such as print to pdf) and attaching it, or by printing and scanning it and attaching it.
  • Then Central Mail will attach the label to the package and send it to the post office.

Once a package leaves our hands, we can no longer take responsibility.
