In addition to individual lessons and recitals there are many opportunities for students of all majors to participate in music ensembles, large and small. Prospective and current students who audition for ensembles are considered for talent scholarships.
Opened in 2018: Nazareth's 550-seat Glazer Music Performance Center is an acoustically optimized performance venue for voice and instrumental ensembles. The space benefits students and enables more collaborations, such as with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra.
Two Nazareth music/business majors working with their management professor launched a record label that gives students the means to gain music recording, business, and marketing experience right on campus.
