Nazareth College begins fall semester on campus on August 17

Nazareth is planning changes to the College's fall academic calendar. Minimizing population travel and movement has proved a key strategy in maximizing the health and safety of communities by reducing potential exposure and transmission of the COVID-19 virus. In light of the potential for future waves of the virus, particularly in the fall months, the new schedule allows the College to maximize time on campus and reduces the impact of large-scale travel:

Interprofessional education makes Nazareth a finalist for Phi Kappa Phi Excellence in Innovation Award

The national Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi announced that Nazareth College is among three finalists for the honor society's 2020 Excellence in Innovation Award. The $100,000 award, given once every two years, recognizes one institution of higher learning for achievement in finding powerful answers to important local, regional, national, or global challenges. The 2020 recipient will be announced Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
