 Nazareth University announced that it has received a major gift in support of the University's Casa Italiana cultural center. In recognition of the support from the Frank DiMino Foundation — which
has made a generous gift of $1.5 million to the Casa — Nazareth University's Italian
cultural center will now be known as the Frank DiMino Casa Italiana.

Nazareth University kicks off its Centennial Celebration

A $1.5 million gift, a Centennial logo unveiling, and plans to light up the campus in purple were all part of Nazareth University’s official Centennial Celebration kick-off on Friday, Sept. 22, 2023, at the start of the University’s Naz Weekend! The ceremony also announced a wide range of collaborative, impact-focused activities planned throughout a two-year celebration, all under the theme “Nazareth University's Centennial Celebration: A Century of Uniting Education and Action.”

Nazareth University expands commitment to students’ mental health and wellness with federal grant

As critical mental health needs continue to increase among students nationwide, Nazareth University sought and received a $300,000, three-year federal grant to expand its commitment to support students’ mental health and wellness and enhance suicide prevention with hiring and extensive training. Nazareth will use the grant to launch its Mental Health Awareness Across Campus project in fall 2023.
