Nazareth University will be home to more than 500 college admissions professionals, secondary school counselors, and community-based organizations from across New York State, June 2-5, when Nazareth hosts the 2026 New York State Association for College Admissions Counseling (NYSACAC) annual conference. NYSACAC welcomes attendees who are involved in assisting students in the transition into their post-secondary education. Register for the conference.
The NYSACAC conference is one of the largest events of the national association in the country. It is the highlight of NYSACAC’s professional development programming every year.
NYSACAC also organizes regional college fairs each year with sites including Rochester, Buffalo, Long Island, and New York City, with more than 40,000 students attending annually.
The conference at Nazareth includes a panel of speakers on advocacy and equity for students and a speaker addressing how social media influences the college admissions process, and how to meet students where they are.
NYSACAC is the state affiliate of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), the only professional association composed of members from secondary schools, community-based organizations, colleges, and universities.
