Women's Leadership Council

Nazareth College’s Women’s Leadership Council was established within the School of Business and Leadership in 2019 with the support of enthusiastic women leaders to advance women’s leadership in the greater Rochester region.

  • The mission of the group is to build the power and impact of women’s authentic leadership in the greater Rochester region.
  • The council’s vision is to achieve recognition that Rochester is the community where women from backgrounds overcome barriers and lead positive change.
  • The major goal of the council is to support and cultivate leadership development for young women professionals (those within five years of their first full-time professional jobs) to ensure their personal successes and future career growth in the greater Rochester region.
