Psychosocial Clinic

The Psychosocial Clinic is provided off campus and provides interventions for both individuals and groups. Its goal is to support the mental health and everyday living skills of those individuals who have had challenges in achieving their emotional and psychosocial well-being.

Potential Clients

This clinic provides OT services for adult clients who meet the criteria described above.

Session Schedule

The clinic offers 50-minute individual and group sessions for 8-10 weeks on Fridays during Nazareth's fall semester.

Student Clinicians

Therapy services are provided by students in the master’s of occupational therapy professional program under the direct supervision of licensed occupational therapist faculty, according to the standards of the New York State Office of the Professions.

Referrals

Referrals for this clinic are received from other clinicians and clients, social workers, and health care providers.

All clients need a prescription from their health care provider.

Eligibility and Fees

The clinic is offered to clients who meet the criteria for treatment and who provide a current prescription from their health care provider. Services are available to anyone, insured or not. Donations are appreciated.
