Stephen Hill

Stephen Hill

Stephen Hill, Ph.D., is the director of the people analytics and leadership graduate program and an assistant professor in Nazareth’s School of Business and Leadership. He teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Dr. Hill completed his doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Akron. Keri Mantegna

Keri Mantegna

Keri Mantegna is an adjunct professor who is a local leader in organizational effectiveness, corporate culture, and marketing and communications. She teaches organizational strategy and systems thinking. She holds a master's in education and was an elementary English language arts special education teacher earlier in her career.

Larry O'Meal

Larry O'Meal

Larry O'Meal, adjunct professor for a decade, is also an organizational development consultant part-time. Larry retired from Excellus BCBS, where he was the corporate vice president for learning and organizational development. He has a master's in human resource development from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Joe Porter

Joe Porter

Joseph Porter Jr., clinical assistant professor of data analytics, has been a professor since 2015, after spending 26 years in management and leadership roles at IBM. Brenda Radnejad

Brenda Radnejad

Brenda Radnejad, Ph.D, is an assistant professor who teaches leadership and researches virtuous leadership, personality, authenticity, impression management, and political skills in organizations. Her doctorate is in organization behavior from the University of Calgary. Dr. Radnejad also is an amateur chef and baker who recently made a three-tiered almond cake with butter cream frosting for a family wedding. More about Brenda Radnejad »

Dan Watson

Dan Watson

Dan Watson, an adjunct professor for organization change management, has spent the past two decades in both leadership and change management roles. He has worked in places such as India, the Philippines, the Middle East, South America, and Canada and is currently the director of change management for the University of Rochester. He holds an M.B.A. from Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.

Mark Weber

Mark Weber, clinical associate professor of marketing, director of the leadership and organizational change graduate program, has been a professor since 2010, after circling the globe as a successful executive for two corporations. Bob Whipple

Bob Whipple

Following a 30-year corporate career, Bob Whipple, known as "The Trust Ambassador," has taught leadership at nine graduate schools, over 130 corporations, and at the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce for 17 consecutive years. He holds an M.B.A. from Simon Business School at the University of Rochester and has won three lifetime achievement awards for his work on trust and leadership.
