Single event room fees range from $200 to $2,500, depending on the space.

Additional fees apply for personnel and equipment, based on use. Callahan Theater and Beston Hall require staffing at all times, but other spaces may be used without Arts Center staff.

Most spaces are used as classrooms and unavailable to rent during the academic year, although there may be some availability during student breaks, due to Nazareth's regular use of these spaces.

Here is the academic calendar.

All food and beverage requests must be made through the on-campus catering service. (There may be an option to use an outside caterer if the catering service is unavailable for your event.) The sale or service of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited without prior permission from Nazareth University, and requires a request submitted no later than 4 weeks prior to the event.

If allowed, service of alcoholic beverages will be conducted exclusively through the on-campus caterers, who will obtain and hold the proper license.

Sales on the Arts Center premises require the written permission of Nazareth. Requests to do so must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior. To be approved, vendors must have and display a valid certificate of authority to collect New York sales and use tax.

Nazareth holds the right to retain 10% of the gross receipts of items sold.

The Box Office may be available for ticket sales to reserved and open-seating events in the theaters, subject to availability and approval.

All renters must provide a certificate with certain minimum coverages, with Nazareth University listed as an additional insured for the duration of your time on campus.

Limited reserved and additional accessible parking is available with prior arrangement. A Campus Safety parking attendant may be required for large events.
