Jane served on numerous community boards, including Nazareth College's Board of Trustees and the School of Management Advisory Council, and was a prominent Rochester philanthropist and active community volunteer. She held a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Buffalo and a Master of Science in Education from Nazareth.
