Online Onboarding

New Naz undergraduate students: Complete the online course (1-2 hours) before the semester starts and before in-person orientation.

Goal: Learn about important resources and services that will assist in your transition to student life and learning at Nazareth University.

Know Your MyNaz credentials

Know your MyNaz username (the part of your Naz email address before @mail.naz.edu) and password.

Don't know your password? How to reset it:

  • Select "I forgot my password" or "Recover Password"
  • Enter your username
  • Answer 2 security questions
  • A password reset email will be sent to your personal (non-Nazareth) email account. Log in to that account and select the link in the reset email.
  • Choose a new password. It must meet certain complexity requirements. You will see 3 green check marks if all requirements are met.
  • Once you have successfully set your password, log in with your MyNaz username and password to verify that it is active.

Need help with your password? Contact Nazareth's Technology and Media Service Desk (TMSD): 585-389-2111 or tmsd@naz.edu
