Nazareth celebrates its first Commencement ceremonies as University, May 17 & 18

Nazareth University has a lot to celebrate: Its Class of 2024 is the first class graduating from the renamed Nazareth University and Nazareth turns 100 this year, making this year’s grads also the final graduating class of Nazareth’s first century! The 97th Commencement ceremonies take place in the Golisano Training Center on campus. The graduate ceremony is Friday evening, May 17, at 6 p.m., and two undergraduate ceremonies are Saturday, May 18, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. All ceremonies will be livestreamed.

Manuel Rivera-Ortiz ’95, a photographer best known within the world of documentary photography for his passionate depictions of real life, is Nazareth University’s Commencement speaker.
