How long will it take me to complete a baccalaureate degree?
The timeline depends on the number of transfer credits (if any) you bring to Nazareth, whether you decide to attend full-time or part-time, and which nursing program you enroll in. Contact Admissions for more information.
Is there any financial assistance?
Nazareth's tuition and aid office offers assistance with the following financial questions:
To be admitted into the Nursing program as a freshman, prospective students must show evidence of strong academic preparation throughout high school. View freshman nursing admissions standards »
To be admitted as a transfer student, view Transfer Students page under Nursing Applicants.
The Nursing Department has contracts with many health care agencies in the multi-county Rochester region.
Can I work full-time and go to school full-time?
Probably not. Remember that every class you enroll in requires outside-class time for studying and preparation. We want you to be successful!
Are schedules flexible enough to allow for family and work responsibilities?
Nursing classes are offered in a variety of times and formats, including daytime and evenings, as well as online or hybrid (part online, part on campus) course options.
I'm an LPN. Where do I stand?
A transfer admissions counselor will review a transcript of your program and make course requirement decisions.
