Transfer Advising Guides

If you’re working toward your associate’s degree and planning to continue on to a bachelor’s degree at Nazareth University, you’re already on a great path — and we’re here to help you make the right choices along the way. Please refer to our advising guides for detailed equivalencies and transferability of coursework.

As you plan your transfer, be aware:
  • Courses are generally accepted if you earn a grade of C- or higher
  • You can transfer up to 66 credits from a two-year college
  • These guides can change, so it’s always good to double-check
  • For transfer students entering with a previously earned AA, AS, or AAS degree, all core requirements are waived except for ACS 090 and CME 050
  • For all programs, you must submit a formal transfer application. For most programs we recommend completing your application the semester before you intend to enroll. See the transfer apply page for more details.
One More Tip

If you’re currently at a two-year college and planning to finish your associate’s degree, it’s really important to stay in touch with your academic advisor. They’ll help make sure you meet all of your graduation requirements while also preparing to transfer.
