Nazareth College in metropolitan Rochester, New York, is a personal, independent, private, internationally recognized, comprehensive higher educational institution that provides students with transformational experiences integrating the liberal arts with sciences, visual and performing arts, health care studies, business management, and education in more than 60 academic areas of focus.

Graduates find their Nazareth education instrumental in preparing for either further education or a career. A majority of undergraduates are either employed or get accepted into graduate schools directly after graduation.

Nazareth College has students from more than 30 countries and educates international students with summer, term-based exchange, and full-degree program options. In one year’s time, more than 270 students, faculty, and staff from 35 countries study, conduct research, and teach at Nazareth. You can even choose to live in Global Commons in Medaille Hall, an intentional community of American and international students. The dedicated Center for International Education houses orientation and support programs for international students promoting intercultural understanding.

Nazareth College is located in a classic New England style suburban campus 10 minutes outside of the city of Rochester, New York (metro population 1.2M). Rochester is a leading destination for global education, hosting 30,000 domestic and international students at top institutions such as the University of Rochester and Rochester Institute of Technology.

Nazareth’s campus environment is safe, academically oriented, and charming with independent shops, tree-lined streets, and Erie canal-side dining nearby. The region offers arts, music, shopping, nature, and business opportunities.
