Nazareth College is pleased to announce that Laurie Schon Leo ’89 and Keith Wilson are the newest members of the board of trustees.
Laurie Schon Leo serves as the chief financial officer for First American Equipment Finance, a technology equipment financing and asset management solutions company. Prior to joining First American, she held the position of chief financial officer at Klein Steel Service, Inc., and CGR, Inc.
Leo taught in the School of Management from 2006 to 2008 and is currently an advisor to the accounting program. She serves as the chair of the board of The Children’s Agenda in Rochester and is a former board member of Wilson Commencement Park and the Thomas Creek Figure Skating Club. In addition to her B.S. in accounting from Nazareth, Leo received an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester Simon School. She and her husband reside with their family in Fairport, New York.
As chief financial officer of Sweetwater Energy, Inc., Keith Wilson is responsible for maintaining and reporting the financial health of the company. In addition to overseeing finance-related departments such as treasury, accounting, payroll, investor relations, and strategic development, Wilson also is responsible for Sweetwater’s legal, regulatory, and human resources teams.
Prior to joining Sweetwater, Wilson served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer as well as on the board of directors at PAETEC Holding. He also served as vice president and head of telecommunications finance at Union Bank of California, where he focused on sourcing and providing capital for telecommunications services companies in the wireline, wireless, and data-services markets. He currently serves on the boards of directors of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, Sweetwater Energy, and 10n2 Tech. Wilson holds a B.A. from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pa., and a master’s degree from the University of Michigan.
