Biography

Dr. Vogler-Elias is an Associate Professor of Speech-Language Pathology at Nazareth College and is the Speech-Language Pathology Discipline Coordinator at the University of Rochester's Leadership in Neurodevelopment and Related Disabilities (LEND) program. Dr. Vogler-Elias co-directs the Interdisciplinary Specialty Program in Autism at Nazareth College (I-SPAN).

Her clinical and research interests include assessment and intervention of language and social communication for children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. She has presented research locally and nationally on interdisciplinary professional preparation on autism, service-learning pedagogy, and social communication assessment and intervention.
