Biography

Ms. Mack is a Clinical Associate Professor of Speech-Language Pathology and the department's Student Teaching Coordinator. She has been supervising at Nazareth College for more than 25 years in community-based pratica and school settings, as well as serving school-aged children with a variety of disorders.

Research topics include supervision, school-based issues, and issues related to English Language Learners, presenting nationally with students at the American Speech and Language Association Annual Conference, North American Refugee Healthcare Conference, and the NYS Social Work Education Association Annual Conference, among others.

Ms. Mack's passion lies in providing needed services in the community, and she received the Nazareth College President's Civic Engagement Award in 2011. She established an inter-professionally taught after-school and summer language enrichment program for children from refugee backgrounds, providing supervised clinical practicum experience for both undergraduate and graduate students in the CSD program.
