The Federal Work-Study offer provides employment opportunities in various campus offices. Work-Study offers are made to full-time students with financial need, based on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). On average, students work 10-12 hours per week. Students are paid at an hourly rate, listed on the Payroll webpage, and receive paychecks bi-weekly for the hours worked. Work-Study will not be credited to the student's account.
Students are responsible for finding employment on campus. The jobs are posted on Handshake; for more information, see the Career Services Work-Study webpage.
Nazareth does not place students in campus jobs, nor does it guarantee students an on-campus job. In some cases, students may have to settle for something other than their first-choice job.
Off-campus jobs are not part of work-study and do not count as financial aid.
