Exchange Students & Scholars
Exchange students and scholars wishing to apply to Nazareth University do so through the Center for International Education, NOT the Admissions Office.
- All applicants must be nominated by the international office at their home institution (due April 1st for Fall; due September 15th for Spring)
- Students should then fill out the Application for Exchange Status
- Applications for Fall are due May 1st; applications for Spring are due October 1st
- Upon acceptance, students may view courses that are available for enrollment
Additional Documentation Required for Application:
- Financial information (as stated on application) in US Dollars, translated to English if necessary
- A copy of the photograph page in passport
- An official copy of a recognized English language proficiency exam; minimum score requirements are as follows
- TOEFL 59 (revised paper-delivered, no section below 15) or 79 (internet-based)
- IELTS 6.5 (www.ielts.org)
- CEFR B2 (Documentation must be in English)
- Exchange Students: A copy of transcripts, translated to English if necessary
- International Scholars (including Professors or Research Scholars): Submission of a formal research proposal is required
