One of Nazareth's long-standing partnerships, Santa Reparata International School Of Art (SRISA) based in Florence, Italy, is now offering international internships during the spring and summer terms in cities all over Italy!  

Program Details

How to Apply
  1. Email interest to Dale Leyburn
  2. Once directed, complete the SRISA online application
  3. Submit current college transcript, resume & cover letter
  4. Provide two letters of recommendation from a past employer and/or professor

*Availability is limited; students will be placed based on their skill level

What SRISA Provides
  • Pre-internship assistance to find the perfect match for your interests, skills and experience.
  • Oversight of internship by a SRISA staff or Faculty to act as a liaison between the business and the intern, making sure that objectives are being met.
  • 3 professional workshops on writing a resumé & CV, US vs. Europe business etiquette and
  • Interviewing skills & public speaking.
  • Pre-Internship preparatory meetings by SRISA staff or faculty.
  • Bi-weekly check-in with SRISA faculty or staff for discussion and goal achievement

Credits & Work Hours

You will receive 3 credits from Nazareth and obtain a minimum of 120 work experience hours.  

Available Internship Placements
  • English tutor for middle school and high school Italian students (In collaboration with various public and private Italian schools in Florence) -English Majors only
  • Black History Month Florence: Multiple positions available
  • SRISA graphic design & marketing internship
  • Artist Assistant: students will be paired with a local Italian artist or artisan and will work on editing English text, social media & doing on-line research
  • Castello di Poppi (Poppi Castle): Social-Media, Marketing
  • Poggio di Dante, Agriturismo: Social-media and web marketing & Graphic Design
  • Uashmama: Digital marketing and Social Media campaigns
  • I love my dog: Digital marketing and Social Media campaigns
  • Villa Petriolo Tuscany: Digital marketing and Social Media campaigns
  • Mani del sud: Luxury Accessories, fashion Merchandizing
  • Michele Chiocciolini: Luxury Accessories, fashion Merchandizing
  • Stile Biologico: Fine Sustainable fashion, fashion Merchandizing
  • Flora Lastraioli: Luxury Sleepwear and lingerie, fashion Merchandizing
  • Cuoio Officine: Luxury Accessories, fashion Merchandizing
  • The Student Hotel, Marketing Department (6 credits -240 hours)
