We collaborate with departments throughout the College to create digital and print ads for events, recognition, or programs. Our team develops the creative concept, creates or selects images, writes text, and places the media buy.

From idea to publication, the process of creating and placing an ad can take up to six weeks. Please engage our help with ample lead time to ensure that your ad is ready by deadline. 

To begin working on an ad for you, we'll need to know: 

  • Art deadline
  • Dimensions¬†
  • Color or black-and-white (if print ad)
  • File size/resolution and file type requirements
