homeless connect

Funding for Homeless Connect

Professors Leanne Charlesworth and Jed Metzger received an internal grant for transportation and T-shirts for Project Homeless Connect 2014 in Rochester. The project engaged 145 Nazareth students in service, improving data collection about the 800 participants, and implementing strategies recommended from the previous year's event. Faculty presented on the project at the 2014 Council of Social Work Education annual conference in Florida. Read more.

The annual CARS college-wide symposium celebrates students' creative and scholarly work. Each student participant has a faculty sponsor.
