Cleve L. Killingsworth has been in the healthcare industry for more than 30 years. He is the former chairman and chief executive officer of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA), one of the largest independent, not-for-profit Blue Cross Blue Shield plans in the country. Prior to heading BCBSMA, Killingsworth was president and CEO of the Health Alliance Plan (HAP) in Detroit. In addition, he served as the senior vice president of insurance and managed care for the Henry Ford Health System. He earlier served in senior leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente’s Central East Division, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rochester, N.Y., the Genesee Valley Group Health Association, and the American Hospital Association.
Killingsworth was a faculty member of the Harvard School of Public Health and served on the Harvard Medical School Board of Fellows. In 2003, he received an honorary doctorate from Northwood University.
He is a founding member of the Executive Leadership Council; serves on the boards of MITRE, The Travelers Companies, and TIAA-CREF Board of Overseers; and was a trustee of Boston University and The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. He holds a bachelor’s degree from MIT and a master of public health degree from Yale University.
Gigi Lamb is senior vice president of human resources at Constellation Brands, the world’s leading premium wine company and the number one beer importer in the U.S. She provides strategy and leadership for HR functions and programs across the business.
Lamb has held a number of positions at Constellation since joining the organization in 1995, including vice president of human resources, vice president of sales administration, and vice president of sales promotions. She was named to her current role in 2003; in 2009, she also began serving as senior vice president, Human Resources Officer for FUSION, a four-year, international business and quality management program. Prior to Constellation, Lamb worked at The Chase Manhattan Bank for more than 12 years.
Lamb is chairman of the Human Resource Advisory Committee for Nazareth’s School of Management. She recently completed her term as a Board member for Bivona Child Advocacy Center but remains on the Human Resources Committee. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the Women’s Education Club, and the Women’s Leadership Council for United Way. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Rochester, where she has also done post-graduate studies in business.
