Human Resources Mission Statement

Our mission is to be a strategic partner with faculty and staff of Nazareth College and identify and respond to its changing needs. We will:

  • take a leadership role to develop and administer effective Human Resources Programs to recruit, employ, develop and retain a qualified, diverse workforce who will support the mission of the College
  • foster a positive, caring work environment where the diversity of all members is respected
  • endeavor to make Nazareth College the employer of choice
