Advancement Welcomes New Annual Fund Team

Alan Riddle is the new associate director of annual fund and leadership support for Nazareth’s Division of Institutional Advancement. He spent the past seven years at St. Bonaventure, where he served as assistant director of the annual fund. Riddle holds a B.A. in political science and an M.A. in integrated marketing communications from St. Bonaventure; he is currently finishing work on an M.B.A. in general business, also from St. Bonaventure.

Kalyn Burgess ’13 is the new annual fund program manager. She acquired experience as a development intern at George Eastman House and has been a member of Nazareth’s development team for the past year and a half. Burgess holds a B.A. in sociology from Nazareth.

Riddle and Burgess plan and implement the programs and initiatives around annual giving, including the phonathon, the senior class gift, and the faculty/staff campaign.

“I’m very happy to be part of Nazareth’s strong advancement team,” says Riddle. “I’m looking forward to leveraging the success of the Campaign for College and Community into continued growth for the Nazareth Annual Fund. And I can’t wait to get started meeting and interacting with Nazareth College alumni, family, and friends.”
