We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with The University of Exeter, in beautiful South West England. Only a 2.5 hour train ride from London, the location is ideal for exploring rolling countryside and long strand beaches and experiencing interesting culture, cuisine and the arts. With over 7,000 International students from more than 150 countries, it is a truly unique University to study at to gain global perspective all while learning from a highly regarded academic institution. Students are able to take classes and study at one of 3 campuses, Streatham, St. Luke's or the Penryn campus. Each offers an array of different classes of interest for our students.

Application Details:

Students must complete an online application, submitting copies of the following supporting documents:

  • Official Academic Transcript. Unofficial transcripts can be accepted if signed and stamped by the home university.
  • Copy of their passport ID page 

Term Dates:

  • Suggested Arrival: January 9 - 10, 2027
  • Orientation: January 11,  2027*
  • Classes: January 11 - March 26, 2027
  • Examinations: May 4-30, 2027
  • Semester end date: June 11, 2027 

*Pre-Orientation available to early arrivals on 8 January 2027

Course Information

The University of Exeter is a comprehensive university with a broad range of courses available to Nazareth students on exchange. You can go on their website here for a complete listing of classes. 

The University of Exeter has three campuses located in the South West of England:
Streatham Campus, Exeter, Devon
St Luke’s Campus, Exeter, Devon
Penryn Campus, near Falmouth, Cornwall

Students cannot take classes at both Devon and Cornwall campuses.

Living Accommodations

For full year long students, there is guaranteed accommodations on campus. 

For semester long students, there is not guaranteed housing on campus since there are a limited number of rooms available. Students are responsible for arranging and paying for room and board, but the University can assist students in finding the right spot, depending on your preferences. There are many choices to choose from with many of them listed here

Costs & Financial Aid

Students pay Nazareth University tuition and retain their full Nazareth financial aid packages.

Travel & Documents

Students will be responsible for arranging and paying for their round trip airfare. Nazareth University will help advise students of the best flight connections for timely arrival at the destination of study. Students will arrive on a normal tourist visa to England.

All students will need a valid passport that continues to be valid at least six months after the conclusion of the semester program in Ireland

It is necessary to take proof of health insurance coverage, as well as your Nazareth student ID, and a second form of official ID, such as a Driver's License.
