Graduate Student Teaching
(Initial Certification)


  • The Graduate Student Teaching Application is due one year prior to the student teaching experience.  Therefore you must complete your application by November 1st of your junior year.
  • Before completing your application, please carefully read The Graduate Student Teaching Information Packet.
  • After reading the information packet, complete the Graduate Student Teaching Application
    • ALL documents must be completed and submitted digitally to
    • Please remember to save the PDF with your last name, first name - student teaching application.
    • If you fill out the application by hand, it must be sent as a PDF.  Pictures taken on your phone will not be accepted.
  • Don't forget to review the Guide to Student Teaching.
