Graduate Student Teaching
(Initial Certification)

Graduate student teaching is the culminating clinical experience for all teacher candidates who have a Bachelor's Degree and are seeking their Master's Degree and initial certification in a teacher educator program. Those teacher candidates who are anticipating completing their graduate student teaching clinical experience within the next year should review the following information below carefully.

APPLICATION PROCESS

  • The Graduate Student Teaching Application is due one year prior to the student teaching experience.

Application

  • Please remember the following:
    • ALL documents must be completed and submitted digitally as a PDF to fieldexp@naz.edu.
    • Please remember to save the PDF with your Last name_First name_Student Teaching Application_Program.
    • Pictures taken on your phone will not be accepted.

Resume

  • Remember all student teaching applications require a resume that is in the preferred School of Education format.
