Billing Procedures and Policies

Accounts are due about two weeks prior to the first day of each semester. Full-time undergraduate students who have registered for the fall semester during course selection week in April receive a bill from Student Accounts by the third week in July. Spring bills are mailed out the first week in December to full-time undergraduate students who selected spring courses in November.

Nazareth College reserves the right to withhold grades, transcripts, diplomas, or re-registration in those instances where financial obligations are not fulfilled.
