Leads the Campus Activities Board; also serves on the Undergraduate Association Executive Board; responsible for selection, training, supporting members in their duties as well as paying special attention to membership recruitment, recognition, and retention. Resource for CAB Chairs and all student organizations regarding programming and event management.
Night Life
Responsible for late night and weekend programming including, but not limited to, casino nights, Grocery BINGO, movies, various tournaments, Pinterest craft nights, trivia, mixers, and more.
Live@Naz
Coordinates events such as bands, coffeehouse-style performances, comedians, magicians, hypnotists, open mic nights, and spoken word poets.
Off-Campus Events
Organizes trips such as the annual Welcome Week zip trips and the $5 Event Series featuring concerts, Rochester Broadway Theater League performances, sporting events, recreational trips, and more.
Major Events
Responsible for programming large-scale events like Welcome Week, Frightfest, Formal, and Springfest.
Spirit of Naz
Brings spirit events to campus including class competitions, Spirit Week, student spirit section at Naz sporting events, Flyer Fridays, Battle of the Beaks, and Mr. and Ms. Naz.
Marketing
Handles advertising and recruitment including social media, posters, e-mails, and other promotions.
Operations
Oversees administrative tasks and financial matters like taking meeting minutes, organizing volunteers for events, tracking member attendance, annual budget requests, and internal budgeting.
General Member Relations
Coordinates club bonding activities, assessment, membership updates, and gathering student input and feedback.
